Method: To prepare Cold Pouring custard.
Mix 2 level tbsp. (20 gms) of Bon Custard Powder with 3 tbsp of milk taken from ½ ltr milk, to form a paste. Boil the remaining milk and then add 3 tbsp of sugar. Add custard paste slowly to the boiling milk stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool and eat it as is or add to fruitcake, Ice cream mix etc.
For Setting custard
To make moulded puddings, trifles, fruit fools etc. use 4 level tablespoons (40gms) of Custard Powder per ½ ltr milk.
