Cook 1 kg .Beef with tamarind juice and salt till tender. In a separate vessel (medium) fry one sliced onion till brown in 3 tbsp of ghee or oil. Fry 4-5 crushed garlic cloves, ½ inch ginger and sauté for a while. Transfer the cooked meat along with 5-6 tsp of BON BEEF SUKKA MASALA and cook for 5 minutes. Add ½ grated coconut, cook on low flame till dry. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
