Biriyani Masala

Ingredients:
Chilli, Coriander, Pepper, Jeera, De hydrated Onion Flakes, Tomato Powder, Salt and Natural spices.

Method:
Wash and drain 1kg Basmathi Rice and keep aside for half an hour. Marinate 1½ kg Chicken in 1 tsp turmeric powder and 50ml curds for 30 minutes.
In a cooker fry 2 onions in ghee. Add the drained rice and stir well till the rice is dry. Add 4 cloves, 4cardamoms, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 2 tej patta and mix well. Now add water double the quantity of rice, ½tsp turmeric powder and 2tsp salt and close the lid. When the cooker starts streaming, reduce the flame to sim and cook for 7-8 minutes (PLEASE DO NOT KEEP THE WEIGHT)
Fry 3 sliced onions in 4 tbsp ghee until brown. Add 2 tomatoes, 5slit green chilies, 3tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté. Now add 50g BON BIRIYANI MASALA, coriander leaves, few mint leaves and stir, Ad the marinated chicken and 100100ml water. Cook till thick gravy is formed and chicken is done
Arrange the cooked rice and chicken in layers .Squeeze lime, dress with onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
