Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
Coriander, Cumin, Red Chillies, Black Pepper, Kasuri Methi, Dry Ginger, Turmeric, Ajwan, Garlic Salt, and Natural Spices.

Method:
Marinate 1 kg Chicken with 1 tsp salt and 4-5 tsp BON Chicken for 30 minutes. Fry 2 onions in 2 tbsp oil / ghee till brown. Add 2 tsb ginger garlic paste, 2 slit green chillies, 1 big tomato and fry till soft. Now add marinated Chicken and cook adding required quantity of salt, tamarind / lime juice and water. Cook on medium heat till Chicken is cooked adding coriander leaves and thick gravy is formed.

For Curry:
instead of water, cook chicken in thin coconut juice and when chicken is done add thick juice. Add extra BON Chicken Masala and salt if required as per taste.
