Marinate 1 kg Chicken with 1 tsp salt and 4-5 tsp BON Chicken for 30 minutes. Fry 2 onions in 2 tbsp oil / ghee till brown. Add 2 tsb ginger garlic paste, 2 slit green chillies, 1 big tomato and fry till soft. Now add marinated Chicken and cook adding required quantity of salt, tamarind / lime juice and water. Cook on medium heat till Chicken is cooked adding coriander leaves and thick gravy is formed.
instead of water, cook chicken in thin coconut juice and when chicken is done add thick juice.
Add extra BON Chicken Masala and salt if required as per taste.
