Cut 1 kg Pork into medium size pieces and marinate with 2 tsp turmeric and 2 tsp salt for 30 minutes. Fry the same without oil on medium fire till the fat (excess) separates. (Discard the fat). Mix the meat with coarsely ground green masala and cook. When half cooked add 3 tbsp BON COORG MASALA, Kanchampuli or Lime juice, Salt to taste and cook till done.
