Mangalore Fish Curry Masala

Ingredients:
Red Chillies, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt and Natural spices.

Method:
Grind to fine paste ½ coconut or 100g scraped coconut,1 onion ,3 cloves of garlic ,10g or ½ marble size tamarind and keep aside.
Cook in 100ml water one sliced onion, 2 slit green chillies, ¾ inch of ginger, ½ tsp salt. When it is half cooked add ground masala 20g or 2-3 tsp BON Mangalore Fish Curry Masala, required quantity of water and salt to taste and allow to boil. Now add fish and cook till done.
