Cook 1Kg Mutton with vinegar and salt in a pressure cooker and keep aside.
Fry 2 medium sized onions in 2 tbsp of ghee until brown. Add 2 chopped green chillies, 1½ tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears. Add 1 chopped tomato and cook till soft. Add ½ bunch of coriander leaves, cooked mutton along with 1½ glass of water and 5-6 tsp of BON Mutton Masala. Mix well. Then add juice of tamarind (marble size) and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat till thick gravy is formed.
For Curry / Gravy:
Cook mutton in thin coconut juice instead of water and when done add thick coconut juice, Extra BON Mutton Masala and salt as per taste. Serve hot with rice, chapathis, dosas or appams.
