Tandoori Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
Corn Starch, Refined Flour, Salt, Red Chillies, Soya Sauce Powder, Kasuri Methi, Rock Salt and Natural Spices.

Method:
Clean 1½ Kg Chicken (drain the water from the chicken).For 1 cup of Yogurt/thick curd, add 20g BON GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 100g BON TANDOORI MASALA. Marinate and keep aside for an hour. Fry in Tandoori Style.
