Ingredients:
Onions 250g, Tomatoes 150g or Tomato puree 50ml, Garlic Ginger paste 1.5 tsp, Cashew Nut 50g, Fresh Curd 50ml, Butter 25g, Coriander leaves 20g.

Method:
Marinate 1kg dresses Chicken with BON Masala No. I for 1 hour Stir fry the same without oil in anon stick pan for 3 minutes or till it is dry and keep aside.
Fry the onion paste till golden brown, Add tomato paste / puree, Garlic ginder paste, Curd, Buutter Chicken Masala No II, 300ml water and cook till the chicken is soft and tender. Add cashew paste and stir, finally add butter and gamish with chopped coriander leaves, simmer for 2 minutes.
