Mix contents of this pack with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 egg. To this mixture add 500g Chicken and mix well and marinate for 1 hour. Deep fry the same and keep aside.
In a Kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. To this add 10-12 flakes of chopped garlic, a small piece of chopped ginger, 1 onion chopped, 2 slit green chillies, 2 diced capsicum and 1 diced tomato. Stir fry on high flame till all ingredients are done well. Now add 1 tbsp curds, 1 tbsp soya sauce and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the fried chicken and mix well and simmer for some time. Add salt, lime/vinegar to taste. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
You can cook 1.2 kg chicken using BON 100g Chilli Chicken Masala by doubling the ingredients.
