Chicken Green Masala

Ingredients:
Pepper, jeera, Coriander, Salt and Natural Spices.

Method:
To be ground to paste- Onion-2, Garlic-1 Pod, Ginger ¾ inch, Green chillies-5-6(seed removed): Coriander leaves 25g.
Method: Marinate 1 kg chicken with 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp BON Chicken Green Masala for 30 minutes. Fry one onion in 3 tbsp ghee till brown, Add 2 sliced tomatoes and fry until soft. Now add the marinated chicken & sauté for 2-3 minutes Add the ground masala, 2-3 tsp BON Chicken Green Masala juice of ½ lime or tamarind (½ marble size) and 100 ml water, salt to taste and cook till done.
