Garam Masala

Ingredients:
Coriander, Dals, Fennel, Pepper, Fenugreek, Cinnamon star Aniseed, cloves, Tejpatta, Black Cardamom,Nutmeg,Mace,Dry Ginger,Cumin seeds and salt.

Method:
Cook 500g .vegetables of your choice (Like Beans, Caulifloweer, Mushroom, Capsicum, Potatoes, Green Peas, and Carrot etc) with salt to state. Keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil, fry 1 finely chopped onion till golden brown. Add 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste and 1 chopped tomato, cook till tomato turns soft. Now add the cooked vegetables, required quantity of water 2 to 3 tsp(10) BON Garam Masala powder, salt or taste and cover the vessel till done
