Gobi Manchurian

Ingredients:
Red chillies, Coriander, Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric, Corn Starch Salt and Natural Spices.

GOBI FRY:
Soak cauliflower cut into small pieces in hot water for 5 minutes. Mix well 20g ginger-garlic paste with a thick paste of 100g BON Gobi Manchurian masala(add required quantity of water).Deep fry the same after 30 minutes and keep aside.

Ingredients Needed:
cauliflower-1 (medium size); Onions-4,Garlic-1pod,Ginger1 inch ,GreenChillies2-3,Tomato-1,Capsicum1,Lime-1,Coriander Leaves -20gms,Chilli Powder ½ tsp(optional),salt-1tsp ,Soya sauce-1tbsp,Tomato Ketchup-1tbsp,Oil or Ghee-5tbsp.

Method:
Fry till golden brown onions and garlic in ghee or oil. Add ginger, tomato, green chilli and capsicum, stir well for 2 minutes. Sprinkle chilli powder, salt and soya sauce, stir well. Add Fried Gobi and left over Gobi Masala Paste mix well, squeeze lime, garnish with coriander leaves and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.
