Ingredients:
Red Chillies, Coriander, Jeera, Pepper, Till, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Mustard, Salt and Natural Spices.

Method:
Wash and drain 750g Basmathi and keep aside for half and hour. Fry 3 sliced in 4 tbsp ghee till brown. Add 4 Cardamoms,1 inch cinnamon and (*salt),rice, and stir till the water content the quantity of rice tumblers of rice 10 tumblers of water and salt ,close the lid of the cooker when stram starts come reduce the fire to sim and cook for 8 minutes the Veg Pulav rice is ready.
Fry 4 sliced Onions in oil till brown tomatoes and fry till soft. Add chopped vegetables (Beans, Carrots, Potatoes, shelled, mushrooms etc)and sauté. Add 1 tsp Garlic paste and stir. Now add 4-5 tsp BON Biriyani / Pulao Masala, 3slit Green chilly, Chopped Coriander Leaves and cook till, Adding required quantity of water and salt.
Arrange rice and vegetables in * with fried onions Serve hot.
