  • yoghurt/curd – 100g
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Chicken ghee roast masala – 80g
  • Tamarind – 1 tsp

2. Chicken should be marinated in 100g  yoghurt and 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
