  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 Pack 80g Caramel pudding mix

Method to prepare caramel pudding recipe

  • Take 500 ml milk in a sauce pan and boil it over a medium flame.
  • Reduce the heat as soon as the milk begins to boil
  • Now add a pack of caramel pudding mix and stir well.
  • Continue stirring to avoid lumps in the pudding on low flame.
  • Continue boiling the pudding for around 2 minutes with stirring continuously.
  • Remove the pudding from the heat.
  • Pour the pudding into ½ ltr mould or 4 small moulds and let it to set.
  • When the pudding comes to room temperature, refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or until the pudding is set completely.
  • When it's time to serve, remove the pudding from the fridge, use a knife to release the sides, and lay a large dish on top. Quickly invert the mould so that the pudding spills out onto the platter.
  • Pour the caramel topping (small sachet) that comes along with the caramel pudding mix.
  • The delectable caramel sauce flows smoothly over the pudding and the caramel pudding is now ready to devour.
