- 500 ml Milk
- 1 Pack 80g Caramel pudding mix
Method to prepare caramel pudding recipe
Take 500 ml milk in a sauce pan and boil it over a medium flame.
Reduce the heat as soon as the milk begins to boil
Now add a pack of caramel pudding mix and stir well.
Continue stirring to avoid lumps in the pudding on low flame.
Continue boiling the pudding for around 2 minutes with stirring continuously.
Remove the pudding from the heat.
Pour the pudding into ½ ltr mould or 4 small moulds and let it to set.
When the pudding comes to room temperature, refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or until the pudding is set completely.
When it's time to serve, remove the pudding from the fridge, use a knife to release the sides, and lay a large dish on top. Quickly invert the mould so that the pudding spills out onto the platter.
Pour the caramel topping (small sachet) that comes along with the caramel pudding mix.
The delectable caramel sauce flows smoothly over the pudding and the caramel pudding is now ready to devour.
