- 1 pack 90g Omelette masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
Method to prepare egg omelette recipe
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, and then whisk or fork them together to create an egg omelette.
Add the BON omelette masala to the bowl and beat the mixture well.
Heat a non stick pan on medium heat add a little amount of oil or butter and coat the pan evenly.
Spread the egg mixture evenly in the pan.
The eggs should cook until they start to solidify on the bottom after being poured into the pan.
For a well-rounded breakfast, serve egg omelette with a side of whole grain toast, fruit, or yoghurt.
