  • 1 pack 90g Omelette masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Method to prepare egg omelette recipe

  • Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, and then whisk or fork them together to create an egg omelette.
  • Add the BON omelette masala to the bowl and beat the mixture well.
  • Heat a non stick pan on medium heat add a little amount of oil or butter and coat the pan evenly.
  • Spread the egg mixture evenly in the pan.
  • The eggs should cook until they start to solidify on the bottom after being poured into the pan.
  • For a well-rounded breakfast, serve egg omelette with a side of whole grain toast, fruit, or yoghurt.
