Red Chillies, Maize Starch, Salt and Natural Spices.
Cut 1½kg chicken into medium sized pieces and keep aside. To make kebab paste; in a bowl, take 20g BON ginger garlic paste,2 eggs and 100g BON Kebab Masala and mix well to form a lump free paste. Apply this paste to chicken and marinate for 1 hour. Deep fry the chicken on medium heat until well-done. Serve with Lemon Quarts and Onion rings.
Do not add chilli or salt
