Restaurant Style Easy Punjabi Mutton Masala

INGREDIENTS FOR MUTTON MASALA

Mutton – 1 kg
Vinegar and Salt
Onions – 3
Ghee – 3 tsp
Green Chilies – 2
BON Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
Tomato – 1
Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
BON Mutton Masala – 5 to 6 tsp

METHOD

Cook 1 kg mutton with vinegar and salt in a pressure cooker and keep aside
Fry 3 medium onions in 3 tsp ghee till brown. Add 2 chopped green chilies, 1 1/2 tsp BON Ginger
garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears
Add 1 tomato and fry till soft. Add 1/2 bunch of coriander, cooked meat along with 1.5 glass of water
5-6 tsp of BON Mutton masala
Mix well and add little tamarind juice and salt to taste
Cook on medium heat till a thick gravy is formed
This dish goes well with rice & all Indian bread
