INGREDIENTS FOR MUTTON MASALA
- Mutton – 1 kg
- Vinegar and Salt
- Onions – 3
- Ghee – 3 tsp
- Green Chilies – 2
- BON Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
- Tomato – 1
- Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
- BON Mutton Masala – 5 to 6 tsp
METHOD
- Cook 1 kg mutton with vinegar and salt in a pressure cooker and keep aside
- Fry 3 medium onions in 3 tsp ghee till brown. Add 2 chopped green chilies, 1 1/2 tsp BON Ginger
- garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears
- Add 1 tomato and fry till soft. Add 1/2 bunch of coriander, cooked meat along with 1.5 glass of water
- 5-6 tsp of BON Mutton masala
- Mix well and add little tamarind juice and salt to taste
- Cook on medium heat till a thick gravy is formed
- This dish goes well with rice & all Indian bread
